The first day will address the need for creativity and innovation in
today’s organizations, the need to explore
assumptions about creativity and innovation, and the
characteristics of the creative person and process.
Participants will be invited to apply creative
thinking to their own organizational issues. Theory,
practice, and reflection will continuously be linked
in order to provide an actionable learning experience.
